  Excellent experience from the very beginning. Received a call from Matt within an hour of my info request. He was on site four days later (due to my first availability, not his), and walked me through samples, took measurements, etc. He provided a competitive quote within the time frame he projected.  The installers were prompt, professional and friendly,  and were flexible to the challenges I provided by working from home in a small space during the install. While there was an increase in scope (driven by me - I wanted new base boards once I saw how beautiful the new floors were), Matt was quick to provide a revised quote with a fair price.
