The subfloor needs to be smooth, level, and clean. Vinyl flooring can be installed over existing concrete, wood, or vinyl subfloors as long as they meet these requirements.

While vinyl is scratch-resistant, it’s not entirely scratch-proof. Placing throw rugs in high-traffic areas can help minimize scratches.

Regular sweeping or vacuuming with a soft brush attachment is sufficient for most cleaning needs. For deeper cleaning, use a damp mop with a vinyl floor cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.

4. Fast Quotes. During your consultation, our Design Associate will deliver complete proposal options for your flooring project the same day.*
